Hi everyone, it's Jérôme, while waiting to make you my first video where we will discover the recipes that my kitchen contains, here is a first little recipe that is easy to make and that you will appreciate in this spring period since you can eat it cold.
Preparation time: 60 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Preparation of the recipe:
Cook the zucchini without removing the skin.
Beat the six eggs into an omelette .
Blend the cooked zucchini. Mix the zucchini, eggs and crème fraîche.
Put in ramekins, after having coated them with butter (about 12 ramekins).
Bake for 30 minutes in a thermostat 6 oven (180°C).
