RECIPE OF CHEESECAKE OREOS-CHOCOLATE-STRAWBERRY AND HIS CHANTILLY HOUSE

Home:

- a whipped cream siphon

Ingredients (for a cheesecake for 2 people) :



- 60g of oréos

- 25g of butter

- 200g from Philadelphia

- 70g of powdered sugar

- a packet of vanilla sugar

- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened chocolate powder

- 3-4 strawberries

PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 180 ° C.

Mix the oreos to obtain a fine powder. Mix this powder with the previously melted butter to obtain a sandy paste.

Set your circle to 10cm in diameter.

Put it on a piece of parchment paper and then on the plate of your oven.

Spread the oreos powder in the bottom of your circle, packing well.

Bake for 10min and allow to cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the cheesecake machine: whip Philadelphia with white sugar and vanilla sugar; then add the two eggs.

Place the resulting device on the powdered Oreso layer.

Bake for 40min at 130 ° C.

Allow to cool to room temperature then store in the refrigerator at least 12h before tasting.

 

Ingredients for homemade whipped cream :



- 40cl of whole liquid cream

- 40g of icing sugar

- a packet of vanilla sugar

In a salad bowl lightly beat the liquid cream with the icing sugar and vanilla sugar to dissolve the sugars in the liquid.

Pour everything into the whipped cream siphon. Close the siphon tightly and engage the gas cartridge.

Shake your siphon upside down several times.

Put your whipped cream siphon in your refrigerator and let it rest at least 2h.

 

AT THE TIME OF TASTING :

 

Unwrap your cheesecake gently on a dessert plate and decorate the top with strawberries and a little whipped cream.
