Fundraising: Water for all (Charity Water & Outilsdecuisine.com)

Most of us have no idea what it really means to be thirsty. We have plenty of water to drink - even the water in our toilets is clean!

But many people in the world do not have this luxury. Every day about 1 400 children die from diseases caused by unhealthy water and poor sanitation. This truth should no longer be in 2018 ...

There are simple solutions like drilled wells, spring protectors and BioSand filters that help provide clean water to communities around the world. That's exactly what the organization does CharityWater.

Your site www.outilsdecuisine.com decided to launch a fundraising campaign to help the CharityWater organization provide drinking water to everyone, through their actions.

I contribute now by clicking here (then on the button "DONATE").

What is the link between Outilsdecuisine.com and this charity?
No link per se (no partnership), but everyone knows that to cook water is ESSENTIAL!
Whether to wash your cooking utensils, to heat some of your food (so try cooking pasta in an empty pan!), Or just for the fruits and vegetables themselves, which, without water, do not could push ...

This is the common point between water and our site, but obviously the need for water goes further than that, it is simply necessary for life, for survival (ask Mike Horn!). Water for washing, water for cooking, water for drinking, and especially drinking water to avoid many diseases ...

It is possible to survive without eating but it is however impossible to survive without drinking! Because the body can not hold the blow much more than 3 days if it is deprived of water. We lose about 2 liters of water daily just by sweating, breathing and urine evacuation.

So yes we all have different financial means, we all have bills to pay, a vacation to plan for our children (for those who can), we all think first of all about ourselves and those around us before thinking about others, but even if you can only give one or a few euros DO IT! It will not change your life but it will change the lives of many people somewhere in the world ...

100% of the money will be used to build drinking water projects, and when they are finished, CharityWater will send us photos and GPS coordinates so that we can see concretely what we have contributed, all together (usually 21 month after the end of the campaign, and yes it does not build like that a well!). To get an idea you can look at the map of projects already completed (https://www.charitywater.org/our-projects/completed-projects/).

If we stop for a few minutes on this issue of water and imagine that one day we will get every inhabitant of this land has access to drinking water, then you will find that in addition to having saved lives we will have changed the world in depth: children who go to school rather than fetch water are children who can build a better society, they will allow their countries to develop, grow, so much less poverty, exodus, less wars (there will be unfortunately always for other reasons) .... this (simplified) vision is perhaps utopian but it deserves a chance!

To donate now click here and then the "DONATE" button.

Thank you for taking the time to read me, thank you for making the effort to give, thank you for your help and your humanity. If unfortunately you can not participate in a single euro but you read this article, please share a maximum to your contacts, by email, on social networks ...

If you have questions do not hesitate to ask them in comments below.

PS: the amount of this campaign is deliberately very low to test your involvement, it goes without saying that if the goal is reached (it would be really sad that it is not ...), we will study the possibility of launching other campaigns with other goals.
