1/2 lemon juice
1 tablespoon homemade mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of ketchup
1 tablespoon whiskey
6 shelled cooked shrimps
6 Puffed Cornets
3 1 Avocado Cutting Peeler
1 * In a bowl mix mayonnaise, ketchup with whiskey.
2 * Using the3 Avocado Cutter 1 cut the avocado in two, the pitted then peeled.
3 * In a plate mash the avocado with a fork and add the lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and mix.
4 * Then add the cocktail sauce to the avocado puree, mix well.
5 * Add your preparation in a pocket then gently fill the cornets and add to each shrimp.
Cool 30 minutes before serving.
