And one more ! New feature that I wanted to introduce today: adding an online messenger.
Sometimes when we browse a website we happen to have questions about a product, or how to order etc .... and in this case we want to have an immediate response (nowadays impatience) is in fashion!).
What's more practical than being able to ask questions online through a chat system, to one of our agents ?!
To open instant messaging just click on the green banner on the right of your screen (with the blue text "We are here") then write your question and press the "Enter" key on your keyboard :-)
A chat window opens at the bottom right of your screen and you can chat with one of our agents. Obviously they are like everyone else, sometimes they sleep, sometimes they don't work, so in these cases be indulgent, leave your message and we will answer you as soon as possible ;-)
